Terms
Last updated 24 July 2026
These are the terms for using this site and, mostly, for the text messages Crudo sends during live product demonstrations and pilot deployments. They are short because the program is simple.
The SMS program
Crudo operates phone numbers that demonstrate its customer-service software. When you text one, a Crudo agent answers: it responds to your questions and, where you have asked for them, sends status updates — for example, updates on a device checked in for repair during a demonstration or pilot. Messages are conversational, initiated by you, and contain no advertising.
Consent
You receive messages only after opting in: either by texting one of our numbers yourself, or by agreeing in person — for example at device check-in — to receive updates by text. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with how much you text the agent and how many updates the work you asked about generates. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or email philipzurborg@gmail.com— that address also works for anything these terms don't answer.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The demonstration itself
Demonstration agents run against synthetic data and exist to show how the product behaves. They are provided as-is: nothing a demo agent says is advice, a commitment, or a real repair ticket. Please don't send real personal information — it's a demo, and it doesn't need any.
Privacy
What we collect and how long we keep it is in the privacy policy — including that mobile opt-in data is never shared with anyone.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with them.
